1. Introduction

The main ingredient of the far-infrared color masterbatch is the composite ceramic submicron and nanometer powder with the property of far-infrared radiation. Fiber contains this masterbatch can absorb heat emitting from the human body and radiate back 4-14 um far-infrared ray which is most needed by the human body. The far-infrared ray of this wavelength has the properties of radiation, permeation and resonance absorption, to be easily absorbed by the human body and subcutaneous tissue accelerating metabolism.

2. Dosage and instruction for use.

Dry the masterbatch for more than 8 hours under the condition of below 120 centidegree before use (long drying time is good for spinning), spin the yarn by masterbatch injector or by mixing masterbatch with chips evenly.

When add 6% masterbatch, normal emissivity comes to 84%-86%.
When add 9% masterbatch, normal emissivity comes to 86%-88%.
