1. Introduction
We have a wide color range which includes black, dull brighten, optical brighten and various kinds of color, we can also match color and produce masterbatch according to our customers' requirements. This series of product can be devided to two types: Masterbatch for PET filament and staple fiber.
This kind of product is suitable for different spinning process, such as UDY, POY, FDY and so on; It can be also used for high strength polyester industrial yarn and various colors of staple fiber.
After choosing reasonable formula, our masterbatch enable our customers to cut down the cost and to add the useful value. The biggest advantage of this product is: Compared to the high pollution and high consumption in the process of dyeing for white fiber, it is much more energy-efficient and environmental, in addition, the fiber doesn't contain the hazardous chemical substances which are caused by printing and dyeing

The end use of our masterbatch refers to outdoor lightfast fiber, sewing thread, embroidery thread, automotive interior carpet, common civilian fiber, industrial tyre cord and so on.

We can also produce some color masterbatches for military requirement, such as olive green and navy blue.

2. Dosage and instruction for use.
Dry the masterbatch for more than 8 hours under the condition of below 120º C before use, spin the yarn by masterbatch injector or by mixing masterbatch with chips evenly.
